BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP🥘
DID SOMEONE SAY BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP?! I have been making this delicious appetizer for a long time now, and I would love to share my Sabrina's Secret recipe with you all!
Ingredients:
Serves: 8" Pan (1 in. thick)
🍗 2-3 Chicken Breasts
🍗 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce (or 1/2 Cup for a more spicy flavor)
🍗1/2 Cup Ranch
🍗1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce*
🍗1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
🍗8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
🍗1 TSP of : Adobo, Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder
🍗2 TBSP Cooking Oil of your choice
Steps:
1. Start by taking out your 8 oz Cream Cheese out (so it can soften while you do the other steps).
2. Next, cut your Chicken Breasts into thin strip-like pieces. After that, wash your cut Chicken Breast pieces in cold water and 3 TBSP of Vinegar.
3. Now, in a frying pan, add 2 TBSP of Cooking Oil of your choice (I used Vegetable Oil). Once the oil is preheated, add in your cut pieces of Chicken Breasts, then add in the seasoning listed above. You can just add Salt and Pepper, but I like to season my Chicken well so it adds to the overall taste of the dip. Cook the chicken for about 15 minutes.
4. In your 8" baking pan combine: the 8 oz softened Cream Cheese, 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 Cup Ranch (I used Kraft Ranch Dressing), 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce), the cooked chicken breasts pieces, and only 1/2 of the Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (the rest is for a topping when it is ready to be placed in the oven). It is completely optional, but if you'd like to add even MORE flavor, you can sprinkle some salt in pepper before adding the topping!
5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
6. When EVERYTHING is thoroughly mixed, finish off by sprinkling the remaining 1/2 cup of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese on the top of the dip.
7. Place the dip into the over for 10-15 minutes.
8. IT IS NOW TIME TO DIG IN!
