BURNOUT

When I've had enough and reach a complete burnout, resting and practicing a lot of self care is my go to! Not feeling obliged to do your usual day to day activities, but more of doing things that make you feel relaxed, and things you like to do. I'll list some of my favorite things I like to do when I've reached a burnout!

1. SLEEP! (your body needs it!!)

2. Walking

3. Watching a movie

4. Meditating

5. Self Care Shower/Facial

6. Reading 


These are just some of the many things you can do to reset your body, and get you feeling energized and ready to go again!🔋😃
