RESTAURANT STYLE MAC N CHEESE! 🧀

Macaroni and Cheese is an all time favorite for a lot of people.
But, did you ever want to step away from the typical boxed
macaroni and enjoy a more creamy and delicious one? Well if you answered yes to that question, keep on reading to see how to achieve this delicious dish!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
-Heavy Whipping Cream
-Your Choice of Noodle
-1 Bag of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
-Salt 
-Milk
-Yellow Food Coloring
*(Black Pepper Optional)

1) Boil your noodles. (this recipe is good for 3/4 to a full box of noodles).
2) When the noodles are completely boiled, strain the noodles in a colander.
3) Meanwhile the noodles are draining, heat a pot and add in 1 1/4 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream.
4) Let the Heavy Cream bubble and turn frothy, then add a half of bag of shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Then stir the mixture with a rubber spatula, or a whisk, until the cheese dissolved.
5) This step is optional, but you may add a splash of milk to make the perfect consistency.
6) This step is optional as well, but if you want a bold yellow color to your dish, you can add 4-5 drops of yellow food coloring to the existing mixture in the pot.
7) Now that the mixture has been on the stove for sometime, you can add in the noodles.
8) Stir the noodles into the mixture, and add your desired amount of salt (I used 2 TBSP of salt)
9) You can also add a pinch of black pepper if you desire to do so.
10) Give it another good stir, and you are all set to DIG IN!
