THINGS I DO TO RESET MY BODY AND ENERGY!
Disclaimer: I am in no way a professional in this field, or here to diagnose; this is strictly my personal thoughts and ways.
- Get plenty of rest! (yes, it is okay to take a break! Your body needs a recharge once in a while; more often than you think. You don't want to over work yourself and lead to a burnout!
- Drink water! (keeps you hydrated and replenished!)
- Eat nutritious food; ex: fruits and veggies. Fueling your body with the proper nutrition will lead you to feeling better, feeling more energized and keeps you fueled throughout the day.
- Do your favorite things! Whatever your hobbies might be! Whether that's baking, reading a good book, drawing, journaling, taking a walk in nature, etc!
- PHONE BREAK! Lessen the use of technology, and purely enjoy natural activities. This is a big one, 5 mins could lead to 3 hours on a video game console, cellphone, computer, tablet, etc. Disconnect once in a while, it will make you feel more open and free.
- Meditate and/or Workout. Having alone time helps you think clearer, and helps you to regain clarity and energy! Bringing you and your body together as one is important!
